Email your order number and we send return instructions within 24 hours. Refunds land 3 to 5 business days after we receive the watch, unworn and in its original packaging. Exchanges for another color or model are free.
Warranty
We repair or replace your watch, shipping included, for manufacturing defects, movement malfunctions and failures under normal wear. Accidental or water damage, scratches and normal strap wear are not covered.
