Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for our watches, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your watch must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Watches returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your watch upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong model. We will assess the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom watches (such as special or personalized orders) and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have any questions about your specific item, feel free to contact us.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the watch you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new model.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing justification. As with our standard return policy, the watch must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging—and you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
