Every North Ouest watch is backed by a 2-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.

Our warranty covers internal movement issues and defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

It does not cover scratches, accidental damage, water damage, drops, misuse, normal wear, or unauthorized repairs.

North Ouest watches are 3 ATM water resistant, meaning they can handle light splashes, but they should not be worn while swimming, showering, or fully submerged in water.

To request warranty support, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the problem.
