All North Ouest materials are shipped from our warehouse in Montreal, Québec!

Shipping

Once your order leaves the warehouse, transit times typically range from 5 to 7 business days across Canada, the US, and the UK, depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule. Please allow up to 1 business day for order fulfillment and 1 business day for the carrier to collect your order.

Once the order is shipped, we do not have control over any potential delays. For delivery inquiries, we recommend contacting the carrier's customer service directly.

Pre-orders

Due to the high demand for North Ouest products, certain items may be sold on a pre-order basis. By pre-ordering, you are reserving the item in the next available batch. As soon as the product arrives at our warehouse, we will prioritize shipping it to you as quickly as possible!
