Conditions: The watch must be unworn, in original condition, with all packaging included. Exchanges for a different model or colorway are always free — just tell us which one you'd rather have.
2-Year Movement Warranty
Every North Ouest watch is covered for 2 full years from delivery — twice the industry standard.
What's covered: Manufacturing defects, movement malfunctions, and any failure under normal wear. If the movement stops doing its job, we repair or replace your watch — free, including shipping.
What's not covered: Accidental damage, water damage, scratches to the case or crystal, and normal strap wear.

Will it fit my wrist?
Yes — the stainless steel bracelet is fully adjustable. Removing links takes a few minutes, and sizing instructions are included with every order.
What is the case made of?
Full stainless steel — case and bracelet. No alloy shortcuts, no plating that fades in a month. That's where the weight in your hand comes from.
Is the watch waterproof?
It's water-resistant for daily life — rain, hand washing, splashes are no problem. Like all mechanical watches, it's not made for swimming or showers, so take it off before getting in the water.
